This was patched on live 1 month before luclin went live not velious. It was patched the same time the warrior shoulders had the 100 hps added. If yoir go.na keep the monk fists give the warriors thier 100 hp shoulders.

Warrior shoulders don't have 100 hp to this day on live...

Shoulders confused with addition of ahoulder quest in ww. The fists however were not changed 2001. They were changed same time fear and hate revamps went in.
