The only reason I could ever justify this is POSSIBLY for money drop transfers since we can not drop coin with the titanium client, and money in the shared bank should go poof if you log out for a period of time.

I think it is part of what made classic fun. Getting to know people you can trust to transfer. The only problem here is that free unlimited accounts do not make personal reputation so important. I voted no as playing on live for 11 years makes me enjoy the lack of easy convenience of classic and the need to socialise and get to know people. Shared bank as convenient as it is, is one of those things that oversimplifies the game. It enables you to also shift items across huge distances which in turn makes the world a lot smaller.
