Clenching and unclenching your angry vagina repeatedly like a fist. (Lol) We're all muscle down there and it needs exercise just like the rest of the body.

How strong can it get. I often find it erotic when a woman flexes down there while being inside her?

No idea how strong it can get. I just know that if you do them your man will never tell you it feels like throwing a hot dog down a hallway during sex. Plus, it makes it better for women too. That was enough info to get me to do them. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Most of the women I slept with were in high school/early college.. so they were all pretty tight.. I have no fun stories to share. Period sex, however, is fucking disgusting.

Also, kegeling is NOT just for women. I kegel all the time. It is properly flexion of the sphincter muscle, which is largely the same in men and women, structurally speaking (tho different in many specifics). For men and women, regular kegeling can increase the tone of the anal sphincter, which can be healthful in that the anal sphincter often loses tone later in life, leading to anal leakage. This is also absolutely true of bladder control. In fact, the way most men are introduced to kegeling (because "flex the muscles at the floor of your pelvix" isn't very helpful) is telling them to "stop the stream" with no hands. That is the correct group of muscles when you're "doing it right. For womens health, this muscle is one which contributes to overall vaginal tone, which is sort of the point of mentioning it, so I'll move on. For mens health, kegeling can increase "control" when you're intimate by giving you an actual muscle to flex to stop "it" from happening, before the point of no return. it can also increase the vigor of your erection. a good excersize for the adventurous and strength-oriented man is to practice lifting a washcloth with your erection, hands free. to increase weight, wet the washcloth .. rest, as with all lifting, is especially important when working out your sphincter group.

Well this is interesting stuff. I didn't know Kegels could help men too. The washcloth thing kinda gave me a mental picture that made me laugh, but I can see where it would be beneficial.

I am a healthcare professional and a sexual guide to many, so I feel somewhat free to express myself in mediums where others may feel trepidations.
