Removing any kind of xp bonus is dumb as fuck. Put a group bonus in sure why not but for the love of god don't force people who already have to play solo quest when rolling here to have even worse xp because there's no one group to with.

Group bonus is lol there is no one to group with. Creating a group bonus won't have more people rolling here to find groups either.

The problem is that everyone is too well established for someone like me (22 bard) to want to come back when I can go to LoZ with a similar population where I have lv 50's and 40's and can level easy...

How would making training legal increase population at all? I'm not saying it would kill the server, but why would anyone join or come back because of it?

ya messing with my stream settings atm. was gonna stream eve but kinda need to ask corp first because alot of intel can be gathered from it which could be really bad.
