Try carecredit (google) helped me out for sure getting mine fixed, I was in similiar situation for a bit they saved my ass. Id recommend not pulling yourself, it will fucking hurt so bad those painkillers wont do shit. Start rinsing your mouth with warm salty water twice every 2-4 hrs and find someone with amoxicillan antibiotic meds to kill some of the infection or go to the ER. Get that shit billed or somethin.
