All I know is Bouncer Raan does not despawn. Not sure if he's the one you're waiting on.

According to EQ atlas:
[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] 2) Ambassador K'Ryn between hours of 5am till noon the ogre guard at #2 on map does not despawn into K'ryn, am I suppose to kill this ogre? I would assume that would result in a faction hit. | ||

Sounds to me like a Dark Elf would spawn there - just judging by the name...

I did this quest on P99. There is an Ogre bouncer in one of those 3 little caves by the Shaman Guild. Not sure if it is #2 up there on the map, but it's one of those 3 rooms, there's a bed in there.
He despawns and the Dark Elf Ambassador pops in his place 2 game hours later I believe. You don't have to kill any ogres. He dropped the dagger every time I killed him. | ||
