Id go back to Eve if they implemented a Play nice policy where you can get banned for excessive gate camping, POS griefing, bind rushing a gate camp after dying once, suicide gank exploiting, scamming, if they implemented some real vague rules that GMs get to make judgement calls on, intentionally causing large isk losses to someone, etc... thats whats killing the population. They should take pointers from Red99, now theres a fine tuned PVP experience. You dont want griefy meanie players not playing nice, ruining it for everybody, thinking the game is some sort of auto-regulating sandbox.
