He resisted fear from the Necro rat. Then Zlandicar casts a spell and fears him with Dragon Fear. Then Zlandicar does his special 900 DMG stun thing. That's how I read it.

Yeah he was probably the last one alive - since if you got Chetari in your raid during Zlandicar and are shouting "FUCK!" things probably aren't going well.

Bump. Need Zlandicar casting necro spells, the stun being single target, and the fear break code could use a look over. 255 MR shouldn't allow you to be feared for 20second at all. 10seconds looked to be about the max people got feared from 2001 Klandicar/Zlandicar videos. Most durations are 1-6seconds.

Zlandicar's Stun breath is working correctly it should be a targeted proc AE with a AE range of 200 yards on the proc target.
Mana: 0 Casting Time: Instant Resist: Magic Range: 300 Location: Any Time of Day: Any AE Duration: 5 AE Range: 200 Interruptable: Yes Target Type: Targeted AE Spell Type: Detrimental Category: NPC Esorpa of the Ring,Phara Dar,Zlandicar all share this same proc.

Look at the video and read the comments.
I am well aware of what the spell data reads, but that is clearly not how it functioned in practice. There is 0 way the spell would only hit 1 player on a raid with a 200 range.

It *should* be a targeted AE... it's a "breath weapon". Can't be 200 range though. I vaguely recall Zland fights as a DPS and being under orders to stay well to the rear of the mob. Smallish hitbox kinda rings a bell too, though, strangely.

Yeah it would be fine if it was a cone or something, but it hits even melee at the rear of the mob right now.
Same for "Chaos Breath" 1200dmg AE that some of the dragons in WW use.

As far as I can tell, all NPCs that have an innate proc always ignore the spell data and single hit the target. Some examples:
Shiverbacks in fearlpane proc an AoE flagged spell that single hits the target. Gorgalasks in airplane proc an AoE flagged stun that single hits the target. Vex Thal bosses Thall Xundraux Diabo and Kaas Thox Xi Aten Ha Ra proc AoE spells that single hit the target only. The test dummies in the arena proc heals (beneficial spells) that hit the target and not the caster. Scarelings that proc a shadowstep hit the target and not the caster. For TAKP I coded all innate NPC procs to ignore the spell data and always single hit the target for any spell. If anybody finds an example of an innate NPC proc hitting multiple targets or the NPC itself, I'd like to see it. As for Zlandicar specifically, I 5 box killed him on Al'Kabor with pretty bad pre-elemental gear. I can verify that his stun proc was single only; at least there. I made a video of it and I believe uploaded it to nilbog already along with the other video I sent him. He's just not that hard. Zlandicar's proc rate is about 23%. I have multi-hour logs of him on Live with thousands of hits to calculate that estimate from. It also matches my AK log. If his proc was hitting multiple targets, at 23% it would be very noticeable and mentioned. Stun Breath is casted by other dragons, which is why it is flagged as an AoE. Sony also has other ways to override the spell data, like adding resist modifiers specific to the NPC. It's worth mentioning that innate NPC procs should also proc on rampage hits and kicks/bashes. (although Zlandicar doesn't kick or bash, but he does rampage)

That would make sense if it was a proc for him but a spell for others.
That + him casting Necro spells needs to be fixed.
