Also, from what I’ve read in the past, a decent amount of users here see working and being a “wage slave” as beneath them somehow. This is despite the obvious benefits of it creating structure in their lives, providing regular socialization in most jobs (something many users clearly lack due to their communication/social skills displayed here), and some sense of purpose and bettering their community by providing a valuable service I’m sure their unemployed routines are doing wonders for their mental health, not being a “wage slave” and all. Gotta fight The Man by staying inside getting fat not talking to people and playing video games all day | |||

Yikes, people actually do the whole 4-chan NEET meme IRL not realizing that it's a psyop to encourage them to self-select out of the gene pool while simultaneously compounding the issues they deign to complain about?

I'm super happy that the 1% gets to use earth as a petri dish to test their engineered virii and cures.
Imagine all of the progress being made. Especially in genetics! [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I bolded the part that made my jaw drop. Are you serious? Some people here think that not putting in your time, in these united states, maybe being frugal, you end up with a pretty good deal as time goes by? Fuckin A. Wait. Do they still expect a house? If they on the road then why not, you can always sleep up in an underpass, so we cool then. I'm a 3 time I-80 veteran baby. Ain't nothing wrong with the road, as long as you fucking plan and understand, the US interstate highway system is not your canopy bed. But are they expecting like, you know, a house, electricity as you please, heat, etc.? A residence? With streets and sewer? I'm early series Gen X. No self-respecting Gen X'er thinks this way. It's madness. No true Gen X-er thinks such things.

Lots of vets used to play eq. During the Iraq invasion of 2003, one of the members of our guild, solid player but we all were solid (either as players or as drunks), was giving us updates on how Fallujah was going, then posted a group pic of his unit after the city was finally taken. I hear Fallujah was horrific.
Troops rotate in and out. After Fallujah he was on a base with internet, and what really counts -- shard camping and flagging new recruits -- was back on the menu. tl;dr for those with no respect: join the military, then raid from base.

Vets tend to chop down the bullshit, in my point.
