No error, doesn't address what I said. I'm specifically speaking of the constitution, not commenting on how they get around it. Anyway, how is it frustrating if they can just get around it? So his frustration is from trying to not trodden it down. Again, my primary pick was Rand Paul, an actual constitutionalist.
