You have moral code that is made up of more than a simple Care/Harm choice. Which is a hallmark for someone who is conservative. The Lefties care about eliminating Harm and fostering Care above all. So in fact yes, the fervent defense of Free Speech is a right leaning idea, which is terrible, everyone should grasp the value that maintaining Free Speech for all is necessary. Especially when it comes to things you disagree with.

The far left is typically called "Totalitarian"

But they're really the same effect.

The religious right in the Bible Belt isn't know for their cocaine parties and orgies.

The religious right were ALWAYS the moral busy bodies up until like 5 years ago.

Authority:

"a person or organization having power or control in a particular, typically political or administrative, sphere."

The Left owns pop culture, hollywood, music, news media, academia, social media...

Things I associate with the right as far as social issues go are:

1) Anti-abortion (this one still going strong)

2) Pro-Gun (not 100% partisan by party, region matters)

3) Men are oppressed by women

4) Transphobia

5) Anti-Immigrant

6) More pro-prison, death penalty, and for more harsh penalties (again, partly regional).

I'm actually leaning more toward 2 and 5 these days. Not into 4 at all. The rest may have some truth to them, but generally any actionable suggestion will make the situation worse not better.

Again, drug use and sexual orientation isn't political. There isn't a major political party known for "cocaine parties and orgies".

You know what else changes? Political definitions and the parties stances. Do you understand that I'm not criticizing your beliefs at all but it genuinely doesn't seem like you know yourself. Willfully ignorant comes to mind. My guess is you're someone who grew up poor, surrounded by left leaning folks who talked down about the rich as if the economy is a zero sum game.

Your language of always thinking you're winning these interactions is also telling about your character. Probably a lack of self esteem, needing to tell us all how you won. When anyone can see you are doing anything but winning.
