I went with 50% as to not seem to unrealistic, but seeing how there is a large pop who wants 100% ..i change my vote to 100%....im guessing as one of the people who didnt vote 100% ..there are more like me who would change their vote if allowed.

Vast majority want a change of some kind.
If it brings back 20% of the people who are saying "Exp rate is the reason i quit" then its worth it. We all know that putting in a exp bonus is pretty simple.(Temp bonus's are done all the time) Whats the hold up? Unless this slow decline is turned around soon, even the die hards are going to quit. On a side, I think adding an additional "group exp" bonus is a good idea. Over 70% of the server is one of 6 classes: Druid, shaman, necro, bard, mage, wizard. If someone is trying to level as efficiently as possible, none of these classes should ever be grouping after a certain level(When shamans get pet, when wizards can quad, etc) as any of the other classes are just going to slow them down. | ||

rogeans scale sounds decent, I would make the overall bonus skewed even more to the low end IMHO something like 500/(x^(0.8)+5), where x is your level, or a smooth cosine curve like 50(1+cos(0.0625x)), but simple is probably best.
