my ankle continues to improve. i can do stairs now on it with just a little bit of boo to the other foot as I descend and it don't swell as much neither. im getting around with no wrapping of it at all.

this weekend I started a new round of bodyweight exercises: glut e planks, side planks, planks, squats (not perfect range of motion yet on ankle :c), superman and potato pickers. felt pretty good and was able to loosen up. found everything in my left leg was pretty tight from being off it.

I think I took yesterday off. But it's been good cruising at the gym. Yes I took yesterday off and got stoned and played CS:GO

Past few days I haven't been GAINING hard i've actually let a little bit of belly fat drop off. I've been skinny my whole life so even a slight layer of belly fat is strange to me.

Today I am going to perform yoga with my sister at a feminist libtard yoga shop here in portland. no gains will be made except for flexibility and peace of mind, which are pretty good GAINS

Working off the lamb chops and wine I had yesterday. Shoulder GAINS

I may start doing yoga too... I really don't want too but my flexibility is decreasing and I don't like it. Are there any heterosexual flexibility increasing alternatives to yoga for a 50+ y/o male of wealth, discernment, and slytherin ancestry?

yoga is a very heterosexual experience if you like being around women

Gonna start cutting while continuing to try to make gains. Cutting off alcohol and most carbs for a while, hope I can do it
