I have watched you try to reduce Tune's crimes to accidentally auto attacking one individual which makes your case look worse than it already is. Tune did it to several players the same night right in front of GMs after it was clear these rules were instated and would be enforced. It was a clear power struggle between Tune and the GMs and he lost. There have also been other suspensions throughout his time on the box, which you always leave out of the argument even though it is more relevant than 99% of what you post.

After all that Tune takes this opportunity away from the game to come on the forums and declare war on the GMs through forumquesting.
You are aware what you described never actually happened right? It was a single player that night, Exed. And you are also aware Derubal stated that previous suspensions were not necessarily part of the equation? And I'm sure you're aware that all of this happened before Tune's forumquesting so that has zero relevance to the ban.

This is what we know: Tune was banned for breaking a LNS rule that was later declared BY THE AUTHOR to be non practical and non functional. Like I said, only someone with a blatant agenda to get Tune banned from the box by whatever means necessary would argue the fact that he should have the ban lifted for that specific crime. He has served his time for a minor violation of an unclear rule that has since been declared as poorly written. Not to mention that the punishment never fit the crime in the first place even if those rules were to stay in place. Hopefully that is something we can address in the new PNP rules.

Would it not be a fair solution to redo the rules based on player feedback, unban those who received punishment during the previous failed ruleset and move on?
This. You can fix this by unbanning / removing suspensions for all PnP related issues, and implementing new rules that we are discussing in this thread.

if you let naked players run back into mass pvp without corpse camping them that was a very dumb move, regardless of what the rules say. red dawn proved time and time again that regardless of what was shouted/said/petitioned that they were going to bindrush. kill them naked until leadership throws in the towel. that is the only smart play

BTW this player says this but he hasn't done it once since PnP went in. Not only talking about mass pvp but he hasn't corpse camped anyone that was following PnP procedure.

Looks like it is all talk.
