Frankly for a guild that "isn't like Nihilum" or "is here to PvP" everytime someone has offered to join forces with you, it has been about loot.

I'm not approving of all that atm.

No one said the guild isn't like Nihilum. It is actually going to be a lot like Nihilum in the future. It will be a competing guild on the same server. Isn't that what people wanted?

PvP will be inevitable eventually.

Most of us are new to the server. I don't think a guild full of toons with full bronze and rags would be very effective at PvP...
