conceded, BUTT i actually feel a lot, and more importantly look, better than when I was ingesting lotsa garbohydrates. granted, i favored sweets, but i did eat a lotta rice too. just always felt awful after eating and don't now.

Anybody know how keto became the fad? I can't recall a book or anything in the popular consciousness. I hope it's not radiation interfering with particle perceptions.
