And what the black community response realistically would be

If there is anything at all (and the answer is probably nothing), it would have to be something really extreme. And the response would be negative, no matter how it was proposed

Not because I think black people are hard-headed or mean, but because they have gotten used to manipulating democrat politicians for so long, they will not respond well to any initial criticisms
