Do you think you would continue to visit a website and read the comments, if it turned out that 20% of them were chatbots?

What about 40%?

What about 90?

What if you found out almost every comment on reddit was a chatbot? Would you still read reddit?

This is a question I asked myself as I continued to scroll through controversial posts on the gutter of the internet, after reading a mod post this in a sub's thread:

Looking at the comments. There are waaay more partisan chatbots in this sub than I thought.

I was like, wait... what? There are chatbots on reddit?

Then I continued to read posts and was like, wtf am I reading chatbots???!!

But... I continued to read. That's what was weird.

Then It dawned on me... wait. Would I keep reading these dumbass comments even if I knew they were all fake?!?!?!

IDK! I hope not but now am not so sure.
