I swear this guy is a feature/local celeb of the zone he's in. Everyone must have seen him.

wow, good riddle. You said he brings life to a otherwise dead area....so to speak.

I thought Greenblade who is the only jester who runs back and forth, comically, and people chase him through that tunnel all the time.

My next attempt WAS going to look at wiki but....lol I guess not.
