who says you have to mention them by guilds rogean? just tell us player names. Why would you want to protect their reputation or what the fuck ever if they were doing shady shit like this.
I think thats obvious, he mentions the names, you all know the guilds, and then he'd be just fueling the fire that you all live off of lol~

Abacab was the best Guide on Vz Tz for the week he was there. Was fun there with his little pvp events. To bad the "uber" guild got all but hurt for the 10 minutes of fooling around turning into boats that got him ousted.

There reputation obviously means little since they're banned, I seriously doubt he cares about that at all....

I fail to see how we are poopsocking if we were in the zone for 3+ hours previously clearing trash and mobs. It's not like we sat in Solb waiting for naggy for 48 hrs with 15+ people. Then someone looks at the clock and date and says *hey is innoruk due tonight?* another says *i think so* Cool lets hang out for a bit. As we continue clearing trash and mobs sitting clearly in innoruks room. Only to have DA roll into the room and sit on us 10 mins before he spawn... yeah poopsocking...

its about damn time DA got caught. a little justification for Abacab too, even though he went about his crusade the wrong way. not every guild cheats either, but the guilds that haven't and don't play "second best" to the ones that do.

its funny I had so many high hopes for this server, and its fun until you max out and have to deal with all the cheaters and hackers. that's held true from live too, but I thought it would be different here. you can argue that it IS a classic experience though.

props to the devs, but as a whole, the cheating has gone on much too long, and the punishments have not been nearly enough to deter the risk. too bad shitloads of good people quit the server because of it.

Technically DA has not "been caught" though I think it's pretty obvious some in the guild were involved. At least not more that other guilds "got caught" who were also involved. Assuming what Rogean said about "top guilds" being accurate.

At this point DA is just getting all the heat when other "top guilds" deserve just as much disdain.

it really all comes down to leadership. knowing the history of guilds from server up through now helps. the "handful" of fishbait members for example (whose leaders were known cheat/hack/exploit artists) that made it to DA were a good indication of where that guild was headed.

the proclivity for cheating starts with the leadership in the guilds. DA entered the scene just as fishbait did, and if you're old enough on the server to remember "first to any target, guaranteed" you'll know wtf i'm talking about.

it all catches up in the end maybe, but the problem is the months and months that go by where guilds with honest leadership get steamrolled. the problem with those guilds id they're not very vocal about being screwed, and there's a lesson to be learned about squeaky wheels.
