Making it so people are not dependant on a shifty emu pop community which will have 1 to 5 players in your lvl range to xp a rogue, war, so allowsnyou to play and actually do shot in a human amount of time without assbergers

-Research spells are sold via spell vendors.
-Every City has a set of vendors that sell 1-20 spells.
-Sro has a set of vendors that sell 20-40 spells.
-Kithicor has a set of vendors that sell 40-50 spells.
-Your own AEs don't hit your group/guild members.
-PvP is 10 levels.
-Charms last full duration.

-Manastone & Guise drops will never be taken off lootables.
-Manastone usable in Kunark & Velious.
-Jboots drops off of Drelzna & Najena. The quest also works too.
-You can sow indoors.
-Casters can only bind where melee can.
