So you make some rules up arbitrarily without input from the vast majority of the player base, ban a handful of people over such rules, admit the rules weren't well thought out and need to be changed and still refuse to unban the players?

Would it not be a fair solution to redo the rules based on player feedback, unban those who received punishment during the previous failed ruleset and move on? Anyone who thinks that is not a rational solution is just trying to further their agenda.

No need to muddy the waters. If you are saying players of this fine box wanting to clean up the server is an agenda then so be it. You need to follow the rules in place period. Yes, there is always room for improvement and server feedback but trying to change the rules and then going back in time to say previous infractions don't count doesn't make sense.

Couple that with the disrespect some players have shown to the GMs/Devs, whose names shall remain nameless, and you have a clear reason to uphold the judgement that has been laid upon them.

Tune is a pain in your ass, not because he cheats, not because he is exploiting or hacking, but simply because he spends a lot of time online and actively hunts down people in your guild. He makes life difficult for newer players and fresh level 52+ characters. Hiding behind some vague PNP rule that has already been confirmed not working by the staff is just a way for you to veil your ultimate goal, getting rid of the competition. It's pathetic, transparent and obvious to anyone with half a brain.

The amusing thing is many members of RD/Azrael do the exact same thing, just less effectively. I've watched it with my own two eyes as my brother levels up his monk.

Tune has never killed me. I'm not hiding behind anything. I have watched you try to reduce Tune's crimes to accidentally auto attacking one individual which makes your case look worse than it already is. Tune did it to several players the same night right in front of GMs after it was clear these rules were instated and would be enforced. It was a clear power struggle between Tune and the GMs and he lost. There have also been other suspensions throughout his time on the box, which you always leave out of the argument even though it is more relevant than 99% of what you post.

After all that Tune takes this opportunity away from the game to come on the forums and declare war on the GMs through forumquesting.
