nihilum has double the numbers it had over a year ago

A year ago in solb for a week, FF crushed Nihilum with EVEN numbers sometimes we had a tad less

Now you have close to 40 people on during raid day - and you expect people to contest?

Like I said you guys are like Smeagol, trying to hold his precious (pixels) ... instead of giving the server a chance, you are STILL openly recruiting and thus hurting this server even more.

I dunno man, I gave you like ten + great options at how to PVP us with less numbers. You also could merge with Force, you could recruit more, you could try Gorenaire, you could help people level more and gear up, farm more resist gear, I dunno there's tons of shit you can do. I see new players on the server every day you could try speaking to them, helping them out, help groom them to join up, I mean I could go on and on. There's so much you could do to contest and grow the guild and become stronger and better but all I see on the forums are a bunch of QQ. That's not what a leader does, he doesn't take to OOC and the Forums to cry, he re-evaluates, figures out what he can change, how he can improve, etc.

As far as Freez goes, you can say whatever you want about me, but there wouldn't even be an Azrael had I not come back to the box and tried to make VV into an actual guild and powerlevel / gear half of the people rather than let it turn into another Samwise flake fest. There's plenty of things I'd prolly have done differently, such as boot a lot more people who weren't going to put the team in front of the individual, but you live and you learn.
