Turkey is a real unique case is all I know.
They relish, I suspect their absolutely critical geopolical and even religious situation. They can literally in some cases, turn things on and off. They by law control access to the Black Sea! Who gets to do that?? Turkey is not nihilist no matter who wins, is my bet tip. But they enjoy being a problem. It's totally smart positioning imo. Erdogan loves to make Turkey "high maintenance." And? So? If I was Turkish, this is a bad thing? No lol. We all know what I am going to do next. Squeaky wheel gets the kick!
