Charm Icy Terror's (amazing at interupting CH, even with stun immunity), stack buffs (so it dispells the buffs instead of charm), break charm, tash to fill first spot, recharm, throw in a bunch of other mage pets etc and a couple cleric CHs = dead vox

Oh, and allure wands = $$ even if charm starts getting dispelled. Hasted IT can damn near solo her with a heal or two, other pets keep her positioned through fears/charm breaks
