usually the latest one you got certification for, it says what it is in your skill tree

For sure this is not true for rifleman. Some of the earlier weapons are war better for grinding. Also depending on your opponents armor I pvp the newest weapon may not be the best.

You only need gloves, head, chest and boots to get full armor protection.

They call it a "mini"

kinetic is the armor u usually want for pve

pay around 50k for a mini set, a 37k condition one

t21 not good for grinding without significant skills to make its speed faster and it needs to be spliced. i was reading some numbers it looks like the spray stick and laser rifle are actually better for xp/min. unless the nerds at swg forums are wrong. also ive read into the java ion rifle being better for pvp in most cases over the T21. im not saying the t21 doesnt almost blow someones head off but it takes forever to shoot.
