I have been playing live EQ, and asking chat GPT what to do and how to do quests. It's really really good.

It gives me loc's and descriptions of where to go that actually get me to quest mobs.

I ask it like the most ridiculous questions too. And it has given me relliable info for everything, quest rewards, quest items etc.

WTF do I do with these candles for this fucking [name of quest] quest!! and it will be like, "its hard for sure, there is 1 npc named A Thrall that respawns inside the barn, south of the farm, instead of turning in all 5 give it 1 at a time, and return to the spawn location after the thrall completes its walk back to the camp"

lilke, it's capable of doing great things.

The issue with AI is iut has no Q&A... like... we need to focus hard on being able to quickly solve complex "whats the difference between these two picture" type problems.

It has to be able to take a photograph, and be able to re-create it, 1:1 before, it'd ever be capable of completing any real world tasks IMO.

Its capable of so much, but it just can't tell when it fucked up.

ya, something it still can't do. i wanted Chat GPT to take a photo of me and remove the background, and instead it made an artist rendition of me that looked like a whole new person.

Yeah, early when ai came out, they showed it looking at the obama picture where he was messing with his friend on the scale. And the AI was able to say what was going on in the picture.

That impressed me because I was like, well if it can do that, soon they will have it be able to look at its image recreations and tell what was wrong with them.

But it's been like 3 years and it hasn't even been setup to look at its wrong ass answers about basic math and not be able to tell they are wrong and that is very not impressive to me.

On the plus side, with all this AI noise, people might be too distracted to go stop the reactors.
