The witches r in the lore butt idk what gender they're supposed to be. They aren't like really witches either.

Refer to time compression cuz stuff is sorta happening out of order.

I’ve read the silmarillion, the hobbit, and LOTR. What else do I need to read from Tolkien to understand why this show was so bad?

If you've read both the Wheel of Time series and Lord of the Rings, and watched both the amazon adaptations, then you'll begin to get a sense of the problem. Depravity and perversion.

I thought they did a good, if clumsy, rendition of the Doom of the Noldor.

The Balrog was inexcusable though.
