Maybe they use copper conduit removed from bombed out buildings as most bombed out buildings are short of good noose-rope.

News right now says Ukrainian president warns attack is coming Wednesday.
That's a change of tune from last Wednesday. BB, question: What can I do today to prepare for this coming apocalypse. Help the boards out.

The threat of a nuclear apocalypse is kind of overstated if you ask me. Worst case scenario most major cities get destroyed which is obviously horrifying and will cause lots of casualties, but that doesn't mean it would usher in some kind of global nuclear winter.
Don't forget way more than 2 nukes have been exploded in history. Literally thousands and thousands of them have been exploded in the atmosphere by just the US and russia alone doing tests in the 40s and 50s. A nuke is big but it's a blip compared to the size of the earth. Volcanoes frequently release thousands of times the energy of the largest nuclear weapons and most people don't even notice unless they watch the news. In summary: Nukes are no big deal change my mind.
