I am the one posting real science by real scientists in this thread. You are the one making snarky replies because this science goes against the religious beliefs of Blue Tribe. Why would I be the one who believes in a flat earth?
It was just a question JEEEEEEEEZ

You didn’t answer though

Also extremely interesting: you can build a computer to generate controversial topics, and it works: the company was destroyed and they may have randomly destroyed Mozambique (correlation/causation warnings apply). Among the other topics generated by the 'Scissor': both Kaepernick (NFL player against police violence) and Kavanaugh (SC appointee accused of sexual harassment). The author believes it is likely that someone is running a program like this.

Finally, Hillary is now against illegal immigration as she quite correctly claims it stokes right-wing populism. It's still a very strange stance as it is a perfect scissor to split the Democratic party. We know that contributions to the Clinton Foundation have collapsed by 80% or so (no one wants to pay when they can't play). Are the big players shuffling some pieces behind the scenes?
This, by the way, was what prompted me to ask if you’re a flat earther, not the global warming stuff. Did you not notice the “epistemic status: fiction” at the top? Or the fiction tag at the bottom? Even if it didn’t say that, you just blindly believe a story on some random blog with absolutely 0 sources or evidence?

are you suggesting that if people dont believe in the fake science that YOU have been convinced is real science by john oliver, that they must obviously believe in some other ridiculous fake science in place of it?

What will cause global warming: The "empathetic helping" of 3rd world countries.

What could stop global warming: Nothing short of some some magical regime that doesnt need world war 3 to ensure their authoritarian extermination of half the worlds population.

The liberals solution to global warming: Other people paying for things that people that have no money think we should pay for, so the people who have money can feel like they are helping instead of just being the greedy narcissists that want to watch netflix and eat fatty foods that they know damn well they are.

What will most likely stop global warming: Natural free market progress in technology and energy.

Hulu is better than netflix.

I think the scene with the pompous conservative husband and liberal wife in the restaurant captured the situation best.

That being said... It's true that there is a lot of wild guesswork involved in most doomsday global warming theories. Trying to deny its happening is full blown retarded at this point though.

All I can say is, if you take this issue seriously try to look like it. Hollywood doesn't qualify. None of those people look like they give a shit. Because they all vacation all over the globe constantly, use private/ first-class air fair and own 100 cars.

It's not for everyone else to solve global warming while you change nothing about your own life.

Your membership in Blue Tribe has been noted. Now you can actually read my post.

P.S. Serious question: why is global warming bad? Hot temperatures and lots of CO2 are great for plants, and all animal life depends on them. Obviously some areas will be hit by global warming and others will be helped, but how did you decide it would be a net negative?
