PM sent to Sloan like 3 hours ago. He has since responded in RnF with "next eye goes to Sly. What he does with it is his choice".

From what I can gather, Fatty, that CoF was awarded. The eye was not awarded to sly. He stole it when he left. To match that CoF issue, we would have to be accusing Sly of stealing that Insignia Protector or something else that was awarded to him.
