Be careful, i know of at least one person who got injured lifting weights who got addicted to painkillers and basically ruined their life.
I appreciate the concern but I will never have an opioid dependency in this lifetime. I study medicine and don’t have the psychological components for dependency.

Pullups vs normal weightlifting?
Sometimes I pull myself out of my chair. I'm super into bodyweight exercise like waddling to the bathroom.

pull ups are a staple in a good back workout imo. You can get amazing overload and flex all over everyone in the gym by dangling weight from your dick and making those puppies really pop.

After some prescription meds, a few weeks of chiropractic care and taking it easy I am back at it! Lost a little strength and I'm switching to the hex / trap bar for my deadlifts because it puts less stress on the low back and cracking down on my nutrition.

I won’t deadlift without a trap bar
