I did something really goofy and put loose leaf green tea in the oil along with some other stuff. It came out tasty, but I'm pretty sure consuming the leaves makes you sick or something in quantity. idk

Eating 2000 cal worth of frozen pizza at 1 AM Thursday morning. This is a calculated maneuver. I'm operating on a level such that I can cause behavior like this to be the optimal. Body fat percent lower than optimal -- abs too visible. Taking some time off running for fear of shin splints. Beethoven 5, Solti, Vienna. No pain in hands. Trans and it's working. No work tomorrow, hee hee. Wardrobe worth more than yours
You're a fat and bald middle-aged man, aren't you.

Consuming lactose is for retards but it's a matter of hygiene not health
Care to elaborate? Also, my longevity will be orders of magnitude greater than yours, so keep that in mind

Weird I quoted this post and it said you are Mead.

I'm glad somebody else gets it. Most people seem to think I'll be long-lived.

Anyway, catalysis of lactose is far from complete even people who are not lactose intolerant. That's (mostlyu)why it gives you gas and disgusting bowel movements. Bacteria feast on that stuff — it's sugar — and fuck and pooop out carbon dioxide inside of you.
Milk has never given me issues, but I guess I’d really have no basis for comparison. When I stopped drinking milk for a year or two, I replaced it with unsweetened almond milk. I seriously doubt that garbage was any better

I’m genuinely curious because without milk in my protein shakes I’m going to have to come up with more carbs and proteins

Yeah i do unsweetened almond milk myself too.. Haven't had milk in a long time.. Milk makes my tummy unhappy [You must be logged in to view images. My vote would be to stay with the almond milk.

That's amazing, Mead. Proud to see some new and returning elves here. Physical health and mental health often go hand in hand, so keep it up.

I have been making slow and steady progress. Not bulking hard because I need to keep a trim body to seal a new relationship with a Patriam approved woman (thanks p99dad, hope you're doing well). Kendo is very good for me. Taking an econ class in addition 50 hr workweek, kendo, gym, I'll have to cut back after this semester to make relationship time.

I check the forums every few days during particularly long shits and am always glad to see ppl doing their GAINS.

PS I'm training my brother again.

OK. Pray for me. Cya in a month or two
Always good to hear from ya Skarlorn! Glad to hear gains are being made outside the gym over there! Congrats on the new lady friend!! Go get'her tiger!
