![]() Teachers in low income areas are sometimes getting their asses kicked. Schools in those areas have metal detectors for a reason, gangs like to recruit young, less legal consequences
I think teachers in high crime low income areas get burnt out as fuck and go through the motions pushing illiterate kids along the grades We need to change that, but it starts with better behaved kids. Or else it’s going to take a LOT of money to keep a teacher invested in a job where they are being physically assaulted on the regular | ||
