Yeah, people don't deserve bonuses for doing well at their jobs either. You already get fucking paid to do it, no reason to give people an incentive to do better.

Is it standard to tip bartenders too? Or hotel maids? Or cocktail waitresses? Or food delivery guys? Because I don't. Why? Because it's their fucking job to do that and they get paid an hourly wage to do it. If they don't like it, they can quit.
