I’ve used the schick hydro for many years. It’s superior on my facial hair (thicker than yalls), and therefore superior to Gillette. Hope that helps, gillette can’t wven cut persian beard

That’s 3 of us using safety razors. I wonder if they work better for us or if our demographic just got hit by the same advertising propaganda last year. I’m pretty sure I get less irritation from a double edged safety razor, but I swear I got a better shave off of a two blade disposable Gillette recently.

Using an electric then touching up with safety seems to work best for me, but I’m considering going back to cartridges. Also found myself wondering yesterday how much it would cost to make my own hair removal laser since I can’t imagine anything going wrong with that.
