seriously tho, they need to inform the guild leaders at least if members of their guild are getting banned for cheating, not only so that they can try to get a better hold of the situation(so that threads like this dont pop up) and so that the officers/guild leaders can keep better tabs on their roster and who might actually be coming back when they go on a break

I think public listing of bans should go out each month and what guild tags are associated as well.

It would provide players with reassurance that cheaters/rule breakers are actively being pursued, it would provide RnF with many lulz, it would help deter people from using the programs and finally it would cause guilds to learn who people are before possibly taggin them.
