The majority of the people asking for ooc are people who find classic EQ too hard and do not play. global ooc is not suddenly going to give them the will power or attention span for classic EQ.

We dont need global ooc ruining our immersion just so forum trolls can log in on lvl 1s to spew hate and troll in game.

you have 0 clue what you are even talking about. you havent even played a server with global ooc im sure. OOC provides a sense of COMMUNITY, and a way to reach the 70 players that are skewed across the world. Right now, this thing feels dead. No one is going to log on level 1s and troll, i mean that never fucking happened on vztz. There are ways around that too so stop bringing up the immersion and troll threat. People can turn ooc off, it will bring a lot of players back, probably 30-50 will start to play again due to the sense of community it brings. We all play the PVP server because there is a little more drama involved, ooc helps facilitate that.

I don't understand why the 30 or 40 people left playing out of 80 have control over the death of the server, its stupid. I am a new player and im having a hard time getting into it since the server feels so barren and lonely
