I get a little worn out by Greg because he shouts everything and sounds like the parrot from Aladdin (it’s just a character he does for videos, he doesn’t talk like that in real life)

But he’s got some good info and here he goes off about how Mike O’Tren says you don’t need to do cardio….while Mike is literally doing cardio on an elliptical as he says it…
