It's not "horse medicine", characterizing as such is just a partisan smearjob. It is approved for use by the FDA for a handful of diseases in humans, not horses. It is prescribed to millions of people worldwide every year. Characterizing it as "horse medicine" is medical misinformation. It might very well be effective in treating covid symptoms, it simply hasn't been studied, therefor it's not yet approved for that specific use.
