As American society continues its collapse, people are starting to care about this kind of thing more, and will self-sort into groups who have some moderate level of virtue, i.e. courage, justice, temperance, and wisdom, and groups that do not. The latter are going to realize the value of those classical virtues when they are living in a favela with no running water and no civil liberties. You will mass murder yourselves just to eat another day, and this is not a fantasy but the obvious future you are busy creating for yourself. Ok, I think I've got this all figured out.

I'm going to send my now 16-year-old son out with a rifle to keep the streets safe during civil unrest sometime next year. I'll instruct him to shoot anyone he sees looting. And, if someone over the age of 25 tries to take him down with a skateboard to prevent him from shooting more people while enforcing laws he has no authority to enforce, he should shoot them -- but only if they're a "pedofile"?

So that all makes perfect sense. My question is, how do i get my son signed up as a CIA operative? Or maybe he's one already...

I think a 17-year old is totally fine policing the streets with a rifle.

I would prefer to throw him into a policing school around the age 14 and then send him on a tour at 16 for a year of practical supervised patrol experience before letting him go solo at 17.

That would be my ideal. Identify lawful good aligned youth early and after grade school put them into specialized schools, we can call them Paladin Academies or something, where they learn about the law they want to uphold and how to do it. Those schools could feed the main training camp down in Georgia somewhere like that where there is a mockup town and Force B acting like the citizens and the evils. Then at 17 they get a nice send-off and go off alone, roaming the country and upholding the law and cleaning schools.
