There was a revolution in battery technology, this aint cold war era tech. They are not even really diesel-electric subs, they are lithium-ion subs with very extended battery life. As you may have seen in the vid I posted for Poke (doubt you bothered), these subs are literally quieter than our nuclear subs. All they need to do is reach their destination, then play dead until called upon to deliver the payload. This is why your country is doomed, dude, and why I thank the creator that my family got out of france when the going got good before your countrymen busted out with the guillotines and murdered men, women and children by the thousands.
