How is it just a a garbage straw argument if it's exactly what's happening right now in shithole red states?

Cool, pass the laws. Right now we have governors saying no exception for rape
The 10 year old would have received treatment in this circumstance, dummy

There was no need to cross state lines

Is it the governors, or the legislatures? Either way, they are part of the problem.. or perhaps, are the other side of the coin driving us to a civil war.

This is a garbage straw argument.

How about some 'common sense' abortion control, like allowing exceptions for rape/incest/LIFE of the mother, which equate to 0.5% - 1.0% of all abortions (at least in Florida in 2018).

I'd GLADLY take 99% fewer abortions + more neonatal and postpartum support.

Elective/on-demand abortions are the problem.
But that's not what has happened. Few, if any, of these "trigger" laws on the books set to go off the minute Roe was overturned took your "common sense" approach. They've had a decade or more to get these laws right in some instances. But they didn't. Because it's not an oversight. It's what they wanted.

It was probably wise to pause and assess the security situation when the federal restraint was inevitably lifted.

Governors can veto legislation

We aren’t going to have a civil war. Those of you mad enough to fight in one are obese, unemployed, or both

This case is just an illustration. As long as there is even one state with these asinine laws, roe v wade needed to remain in place

Either way, glad you admit you were wrong. Next is admitting trump lost as an incumbent. Last time that happened was when GHW Bush faced a third party challenge from Ross Perot. Trump got smoked BIGLY. Admit it and stop dishonoring God with your sin of lying

Roe vs Wade was legislation from the bench

It was an abomination that was rightfully aborted

Federalism FTW
