If you are claiming that either of those screenshots are from our first attempt, Modus, then you are guilty of causing the problem, as established by the precedent of our rogue watching you wipe on Innoruuk and subsequently being used as your reason for why you should have a second attempt.

Now if you want to know what really happened, here it is. I was at the first fight on Alawen. This was the first spawn of the buffed Vox. In the interest of keeping things exciting for other guilds, I won't explain the buffs, but suffice to say that she was tough enough to fight a substantial IB force until we ran out of mana and wiped. At the point we wiped, no other force was in zone.

I had played my druid because he was already in Permafrost. After the wipe, I switched to Daire and began running. We rezed, but someone had charmed something during the fight--I think it was a tentacle add--and started a faction war. Vox was beating down on it and then complete healing it. Apparently she feared it all over and into adds while we were recovering.

So here we are, back at raid force and buffed, but Vox has feared something through the geometry and under the world. Eventually we managed to kill everything she was fighting and complete healing, but by this point about another half hour had passed, giving Dark Ascension time to gather in zone. We were trying to pull her out of the wall with no success. First our tanks were summoned and died, then our clerics. We started to camp at this point, and a small handful made it out.

There was no grand exploit unless you consider a wipe followed by a trapped mob and players getting summoned under the world a desirable outcome.

This is the point where Secrets showed up and took control of the situation. Any argument you have with the outcome of that event is a blatant showing of disrespect for the judgement calls of the staff.

Regardless of what attempt that was Modus, it has been established that members of opposing forces do not belong in another guild's camp during a boss fight. Why were you breaking the rules?

Loke, I took it. It says exactly what you think it says. It was a really dick thing for me to betray your confidence, and while I did regret having to do so, it did have to be done.

It was also a dick act for you guys to lie to the GM's about who started the train in order to not lose your claim to Vox. As far as I understand it, that screen shot was the only reason we got the first go at Vox =/

Of course, we blew our chance at vox like a bunch of noobs, thus allowing you guys to tie us for the week...all in all, not so hot.

So yeah, I guess what I'm saying is this: I've got no ill will towards you Loke. In fact, I like you a lot. However, if you are going to flat out admit to me in tells that your guild is lying to GM's in order to gain an upper hand against my guild, I'm gonna have to screen shot it.
I'm really glad that you have no ill will towards me; ofcourse, that would make sense seing as how I'm not the person who decided a shot at getting vox was more important than not betraying a friend.

I don't remember what exactly I said, because when I'm talking to friends I'm generally not taking screenshots or carefully choosing every word. Generally I give my honest opinions and expect the same back from those people I'm talking to. Even people I'm not that close with generally accept the fact that private conversations stay private. However, I'm fairly confident that what Modus says is true, seeing as how I wasn't present when the train happened and I was simply stating (as I previously did in this thread) my opinion of what probably happened. I don't think I flat out admitted anything, so don't play this whole "crime of indifference" bullshit on me. Everything I said in tells to you about vox I had no problem admitting in a previous post in this thread, before I knew that you were passing around pictures of our conversation.

I think everyone involved in this whole DA vs. IB thing that knows me would agree that despite being a DA member, I'm pretty fair to IB and will admit when DA was in the wrong. Furthermore, I don't go out of my way to escalate shit and have been nothing short of cordial in every situation, be it on raids or just hanging around EC or something. So I guess that is why I'm so surprised that you felt the need to backstab me, and then go one step further and pretend that you didn't.

That "mistell" that you sent me after the whole Vox thing went down apologizing makes a lot more sense now. You were right, I really have no desire to talk to you anymore. It's kind of appropriate that this happen in a thread about Raren, because it wasn't even 3 weeks ago that I was defending Bossco in guildchat to Raren who implied that he wouldn't trust Bossco.

I couldn't really care less about the rest of this IB vs. DA bullshit. We're going to fight over mobs; sometimes you guys will win, sometimes we will. This isn't ever going to change. I never let the guild drama get in the way of my personal interactions with other players; guess it's just surprising to me that other people don't view shit the same way. Good luck powergaming and backstabbing your way to the top... maybe some day you can be the best geared and least truthworthy shaman on the server! Half-way there guy!

Wrong. You charmed giants to create the faction war. I was there:

Wrong again. Loke, the person you screenshotted "admitting" the train was on our end, wasn't even present or in the zone! The screenshot clearly shows him guessing at what probably happened.

If you were a dinosaur, your name would be Wrongosaurus. I was against the Salty clique & Fish Bait from the beginning, as I had seen the unethical leadership practices of Fish Bait on VZ/TZ.

Once again, you prove you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about.

People know that now. Go away troll.

As you can tell Vox was already bugged and in the wall at the time when that IG was charmed to try and get her out. That's called being proactive in the face of a doucebag 30 minutes being called.

B-U-N-T...in perfect cursive. Got any more brainbusters Modus?

I'm not sure what to say here except that this is a shame that Loke and Bossco are on the outs over this. DA leadership lied to get a second try at Innoruuk. I think everyone with a clue in both guilds knows this. To call Bossco untrustworthy because he was put into a situation where he was forced to choose between betraying a confidence or helping to conceal a lie against his guild is a pretty raw deal for him. Not that I wouldn't be upset if I were in Loke's position. The whole situation sucks.

You shouldn't act so embarrassed. I'm happy you've found a formula that will allow you to succeed.

Oh and one more thing. Modus you have trained us on multiple occasions. We had a Naggy raid in the past six weeks where you trained us multiple times while clearing FGs. The fact that Durison has seen screenshots of this and done nothing is why your guild will continue to be Fish Bait in my mind.

You're a liar and a cheater. You weren't there when we wiped to Vox originally, those screenshots you posted were from the king room. When have we ever pulled her down there to fight? I'm not going to say that you're "laughably wrong" because you're just flat out lying to gain an edge. That in and of itself is the difference between us. When you have an agenda you will do anything - ANYTHING - to beat other guilds.

I would like to reiterate that this post is directed solely at Modus.
