He wasn't hiding it, you can listen to the video yourself. He is quite clear on what he wants.

Now that you know prominent Democrats are indeed entertaining the idea of post-birth abortions in some cases, it is not some silly "Trumptard" straw-man. It is a real, tangible issue straight from a Democratic Governor's mouth.

Now it simply becomes a question of whether or not you approve of such a policy. Personally I think it is still murder to kill someone who is deformed or handicapped. I am not sure why you think it is ok to kill a new born baby with these issues, but not a person who is older than that. Or do you approve of euthanizing the deformed and handicapped?

You do know how politics works, right? In America, you build support for an idea first, and if enough people agree with you, it gets passed into law. It isn't like this stuff happens spontaneously.

When a Governor of a state openly discusses a topic, that is a calcuated move to guage support for an issue. There are plenty of proposed issues that haven't passed in history. Just because it didn't pass doesn't mean it couldn't have passed.

I dont think this guy knows you can have the DNA of the fertilized egg tested like 60 days into the deal.

Pretty easy to tell if something is missing by then. Missing a chromosome or one too many?

Yep, you're allowed to abort. Its in the constitution, its the 14th one. Its really none of your business. You'd rather saddle that family with a child they cant afford. Awesome.

Its all about punishing women with you guys, isnt it? They need to face the consequences for daring to have sex for fun! How fucking dare they decide "you know what? I dont want to spend 20 years raising a child who is bedridden, cant speak, paralyzed, breathes through a tube, etc.".

You ever seen what happens to those parents? A good percentage of parents with handicapped children commit suicide because its all just too much.

My question to you is how many of those handicapped kids have you adopted??? Since you care, SOOOOO much. How many?

Gonna bet its zero. If its not zero, you're the fucking MAN.

Can take that further, if you wanna do ANYTHING, you have to mention it first. You can't get anyone on your side if no one knows what you wanna do.

Example: You're hanging out with a group of friends, topic of dinner comes around, Some of them wanna go to the steakhouse, others wanna hit the italian joint. One might say to the folks who want italian that the steakhouse makes an excellent veal marsala, trying to sway them toward the restaurant they would prefer.

You speak up to gauge and measure support on an issue, if nobody likes it then you do something else. Politics is no different.

I know its a stretch to ask horza or gravy to understand a concept like, "group of friends" but most of you get it.

I'll go further with mask mandates: This is entirely an attempt in measuring compliance among the population. First you say, OK EVERYONE HAS TO DO JUST THIS ONE THING" Then, if it seems like people go along with it, you go on to your next agenda item.

There is a military ground strategy called "salami slicing", where you move like 1 foot a week, eventually you gain substantial ground and your enemy didn't even notice.

You are forgetting a crucial political step

You and your friends come to consensus on what restaurant to go to

But then a league of restaurant owners has hired mercenaries to interfere in you getting to the restaurant you had previously agreed on

You evade the mercenaries, so the restaurant owners say forget it and burn down their own restaurant, then collect on the insurance payment and you and your friends go hungry, unable to take collective action again on that level so you all just go to Waffle House

Neither Horza nor Gravy has attempted to rebut my point about post-birth abortions, so it looks like they at least admit it is a real thing now, and not just a "Trumptard" straw-man. Progress of a kind.

Not going to comment on Horza's baby eating comment. Obviously nonsensical.

As for Gravy's comment about "punishing women", that is not the purpose at all. The purpose is to not unfairly punish the child, who had no say in it's conception, or it's genetics. It has a right to live just as much as you do.

If you are genuinely concerned about the rare case of an extremely ill child being a drain on the family taking care of it, the solution is to create programs to help those families, not to create policies that murder the child.

That is why we don't have policies in the United States that call for murdering people when it is convenient. That certainly is a valid solution to a number of problems, but we are not living in that kind of society.

Finally, you are grossly misreading the 14th amendment. The unborn child also has the right of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law. If you are referring to the Roe v. Wade due process clause, that is not a great place to go. Not only is that an extremely new addition, which means it hasn't fully solidified in terms of whether we want it or not, but we are actively discussing overturning it. Even Ruth Bader Ginsburg was highly critical of Roe v. Wade's implementation.
