They are the most powerful during pop probably. I remember they were really vital against RZTW, which was arguably one of the hardest fights in the whole expansion, to charm a pit mob and dps him down. But they usually need support in groups because the pets are so dangerous.

With no autofire ranger (using archery) will be extremely high maintenance in a box group, that's its major disadvantage. But for people not boxing, it will be the cream of the crop in PoP.

quite the development! window locking is, I think, the main issue new people have with TAK when they try it. Looking forward to some new/old faces giving it a whirl after this gets released

Free the Mouse is here for TAKP!!

If you guys are interested in testing an early build of Free the Mouse - and don't care too much about voiding your install's warranty, you can try it out now.

Just extract to a TAKP client folder, delete wsock32.dll if it exists, double click eqgame.exe and play. No patchme or eqw.exe needed.

This also contains fixes for eqgame.dll, which fixes alt sticking when switching windows.

Download is on the TAKP Forums.
