This is an Alpha-Male problem between Cops and Black Males. NOT racism. Cops have to play an Alpha Role while performing law enforcement duties, and many cops are not Alphas and fail badly at that role. Black males are forced at a young age to take on an Alpha Male Role within thier family, due to Leftist policy (welfare) and Ideology (feminism) which is leaving black families absent of REAL Alpha male mentors that are vested in the best interest of the black male youth. The black male youth then search for Alpha male mentors outside the family to have a Male Bond, and are subject to the "gangster culture" where Alpha male status is determined by disobeying law. The Corporate Media's constant glorification of "gangster culture" is warping the minds of young Black males. Couple these destructive forces together and it creates a disdain for law enforcement and tension when these 2 "alpha males" interact.

Get the Fathers who are the Families vested Alpha Males raising your children again and this problem will dissipate significantly.

Quit trying to OVER-ANALYZE a simple problem.

I feel bad for the real good honest hard working black community.

I have a black friend who has been pulled over several times and just been given a warning for something arbitrary. He even works IT at a major corporate business in the local area. Drives a nice car and raised his children right. He is scared to go on vacation in fear that people will judge him a certain way after all that has happened.

I feel bad for him. He is a good man. Who Shouldn't fear the world coming down on him just because of his skin color.

A) their reward system isn't wired that way or B) they don't have the opportunities

Not everyone is a Mormon with a social network of multimillionaire hustlers and a few billionaires who can pull strings just waiting to embrace you after you demonstrate hard work and effort.
