Before a man can respect a woman, the woman needs to have some level of self respect. A 'woman' getting excited about doing tranny porn and telling everyone on the internet about it isn't a likely candidate for finding a person that respects them to begin with.
As far as not respecting women, Sidelle has the right idea. Having enough self respect to not allow some stranger to play 'just the tip' in the Arby's bathroom means you are on the right track. All the little boys on here that talk big will be incredibly confused when they are in their mid 40's and find out their slut of a wife was nailing all of the neighbors in the trailer park and go on Springer to talk about it.
