They are the same thing. That's like saying The Cloud (Which I hate that term) isn't the Internet. At one point it wasn't but now all the dumbasses call the Internet THE CLOUUUDDDD OOOHHHH (Cue Toy Story Alien thingamabobbers)
You say potato I say potato. I rarely have to touch code, just design the overall system and outsource\

Bet your "outsourced" coders are having a field day coding to your textbook, pie in the sky specs, knowing you have no knowledge to evaluate the actual quaility of their work. Assuming you actually have a job which I kind of doubt.

Bro I started out with GW-Basic on a DOS box back in 1992 at age 4. I know more than they do, that's why I am in the lead role. I have desperately little programming experience?

dinput, not dsetup, which has more than just generated proxy calls as witnessed in the wininet.dll source you posted. You pretty much have to rewrite the entire thing if you want to properly inject.

You rewrote a program (probably copied from someone else) to find prime numbers? Never mind, I take it all back sir. Carry on teaching rogean how to code.

I'll link his project for you to take a look at www.project1999.org
