OMG Wizards Do.. Not... Melee... Why would a CASTER need a 36% haste item? They don't even get double attack.

haven't you ever heard of a cleric putting on a fungi and a cof and soloing up to level 40? it's exactly the same thing as a ranger. put a slow 2h on the wizzy and cast between nukes, then click your prenerf fungi staff

You'll hit 40 and be a terrible healer most likely, or reroll. Sounds like a great exercise in shortcutting time you could have spent playing a class you actually want to play.
